Some people refuse to believe that William Shatner gave us the best version of the Beatles classic Lucy In The Sky With Diamonds, but there’s no doubt that this is the best electro-funk jam about Captain Kirk making love to a mountain. There is simply no better song about a Star Fleet officer humping the landscape. The source video is from a Star Trek V: The Final Frontier DVD special feature, and you can watch it here, but it doesn’t make any more sense and it’s much, much harder to dance to.
